Wahoo Fitness is announcing a series of significant initiatives designed to improve UK retailer sales, support and customer service.
These coincide with the launch of a GoPro x Wahoo Elemnt Bike Computer integration.
The initiatives include:
Free shipping: Wahoo is offering free shipping on all orders made via the Wahoo B2B website, a move set to benefit dealers.
Previously, shipping costs were £15 for orders below £750, and free above this price.
This new approach is aimed at providing greater convenience and cost savings for retail partners and customers.
Revamped B2B website: In response to feedback from key retail partners, Ben Keenan, UK country manager for Wahoo, has spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul of the Wahoo B2B website.
The new site is designed to be much more intuitive, making navigation simpler and order processing faster.
This improvement allows Wahoo’s retail partners to spend more time with customers and less time on administrative tasks.
Buy-in window: Exclusive offers available on the Wahoo B2B website between June 4 and June 14.
This offer is across most SKUs including: Kickr, Kickr Bike, Kickr Bike Shift, Kickr Headwind, Elemnt Bolt, Elemnt Roam and the Speedplay range.
New sales support initiatives: Enhanced Wahoo product training programmes, exclusive early access product previews and increased marketing resources
UK sales leadership: Bruce Sandell, Wahoo’s head of global partnerships, has taken on responsibility for the UK sales team and strategy, working with UK country manager Ben Keenan and Reece Pringle, north UK territory brand manager – to strengthen the team in this key growth territory for Wahoo
Following the announcement, Sandell commented: “I am delighted to be taking on this new responsibility, working with our very talented team.
“Wahoo is committed to providing exceptional support to our retail partners and these new initiatives reflect our dedication to enhancing their experience with us, ensuring they have the very best tools, sales and marketing support to succeed.”
