DVO Suspension has announced BTI (Bicycle Technologies International) as its distribution partner for the US market.
BTI is now stocking the full-range of DVO Suspension products, and is also a DVO Authorised Factory Service Centre.
BTI, based in Santa Fe, NM and Reno-Sparks, NV has been a distributor of technical cycling products and accessories since 1993.
Offering more than 23,000 items and nearly 400 global brands to choose from, BTI supplies bike dealers with a variety of components, tools and staple items for any independent bicycle shop.
In 2021, BTI restructured as an Employee Ownership Trust giving its staff a financial stake in the success of the company.
A spokesperson for DVO Suspension commented: “Partnering with BTI was a no-brainer for DVO. BTI opened the nation’s first service centre for mountain bike suspension 31 years ago, and is committed to the brands they sell.
“Today, BTI Factory Service continues to support dealers with tuning, upgrades, and repair services.”
DVO Suspension has also recently updated its dealer direct programme, allowing IBD’s to leverage DVO’s newly revamped product range, improved margins, customer service, and in-house technical service experience.
And finally, DVO has opened up its authorised dealer EP programme to non-DVO retailers, staff, and industry partners.

The brand has seen an increase in EP requests coming from riders employed at non-stocking DVO IBD’s, and OE brands who want to ride DVO products, but haven’t had access to EP pricing.
Opening up this programme to these riders allows the brand to meet them where they are at, and them to experience the brand’s performance suspension components.
Founded in 2012, DVO’s goal is to be distinctive, offering “first-class customer support and class-leading product quality”.
In the UK, DVO Suspension is distributed by Gosport-based business, Windwave.
